**1. Placing Orders & Payment**

* Products are offered subject to availability. We may revise product pricing or availability without notice.

**2. Shipping & Delivery**

* Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
* Risk of loss and title for Products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

**3. Returns & Exchanges**

* You may return or exchange unworn, unwashed, and undamaged Products with tags attached within two[2] days of receipt.
* Original shipping costs are non-refundable for returns.
* Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
* We will process your return or exchange within ten[10] business days of receiving the returned Products.
* Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
